You'll receive your digital certificate via email on the same day as your course completion. Certificates are typically sent within 2-4 hours after the training session ends. Physical certificates can be mailed upon request at no additional cost.
Are your courses nationally recognised?
Yes, all our courses are nationally accredited under RTO 32154. This means your certificate is recognised across all Australian states and territories, and meets workplace compliance requirements set by Safe Work Australia.
What should I bring to the course?
Bring a photo ID, a pen, and comfortable clothing suitable for practical activities. We provide all training materials, equipment, and workbooks. Pre-course reading materials will be emailed to you before the training date.
How long is my first aid certificate valid?
CPR certificates (HLTAID009) are valid for 12 months. Provide First Aid (HLTAID011) and Childcare First Aid (HLTAID012) certificates are valid for 3 years. However, it's recommended to update your CPR skills annually even with a 3-year first aid certificate.
