How long are certificates valid? +
Certificate validity: CPR (HLTAID009) - 1 year, First Aid (HLTAID011) - 3 years, Education First Aid (HLTAID012) - 3 years, Low Voltage Rescue (UETDRMP018) - 1 year. Note that CPR component requires annual renewal even within 3-year first aid certificates. We recommend booking refresher training before expiry.
What is UETDRMP018 Low Voltage Rescue? +
UETDRMP018 involves skills and knowledge to perform rescue from live low voltage electrical apparatus in electrical industry environments. This unit applies to electricity supply industry (ESI) workers and electrical industry workers, covering inspection and use of live LV panel rescue equipment to meet WHS/OHS requirements. CPR certification (HLTAID009) is a prerequisite. Does not include overhead lines or underground cables.

Absolutely. Our instructors can travel to your Roma workplace, school or community venue to deliver first aid training for groups of eight or more. HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting is designed specifically for educators and childcare workers and includes additional modules on asthma, anaphylaxis and other pediatric emergencies to meet ACECQA requirements.
Are there any prerequisites to enrol in these courses? +
For most of our first aid and CPR courses there are no prerequisites – anyone can enrol and learn life‑saving skills. The only exception is the Low Voltage Rescue (UETDRMP018) component, which requires a current CPR (HLTAID009) certificate. Participants should also be able to kneel on the floor and perform physical activities such as chest compressions.
Do you offer refresher courses or discounts for returning students? +
Yes – we provide short refresher courses for those needing to renew expired certificates. Returning students and organisations that regularly train with us may be eligible for loyalty discounts. Please mention your previous course when enquiring so we can apply any applicable discounts.
