Common Partner Questions
No. You deliver courses under IRFA's RTO (RTO 32154). We are the registered training organisation — you partner with us to deliver our accredited courses. No separate registration, no ASQA fees, no compliance headache. That's one of the biggest advantages of partnering with us rather than going it alone.
It's free to enquire and there's no upfront franchise fee. Costs depend on the partnership model — some require a small equipment deposit, others are purely revenue-share. We'll be completely transparent about the numbers on your discovery call so you can decide if it works for your situation.
It depends on the model. Territory partners who deliver training directly need Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) and current first aid qualifications. However, for venue and referral partnerships, no qualifications are required — IRFA instructors deliver the courses while you provide the space or the clients.
Yes — we are actively expanding across Australia and are particularly interested in partners in NSW, VIC, SA and WA. Our courses are nationally accredited, meaning they're valid in every state and territory. If you're outside QLD, your enquiry will get priority attention from our expansion team.
Most partners are delivering their first course within 2–4 weeks of signing their partnership agreement. Referral partners can start the same week. The limiting factor is usually getting your venue set up and your first cohort booked — our marketing support helps you fill those first seats fast.
Monthly partner check-ins, access to the IRFA team by phone and email, updated marketing materials, quality assurance reviews, new course additions as they're released, and direct access to our booking and certification platform. You're not on your own — we genuinely want you to succeed because your success is our success.
