Why 7AM?

Why Queensland's Busiest People Choose 7AM CPR

IRFA is the only CPR provider in Queensland offering a 7AM start. We built it because our students told us they couldn't afford to lose a full morning for a 2-hour course.

Night Shift Workers

Finish your night shift at 7AM and walk straight into CPR training. Certified by 9AM, home by 9:30AM. No need to come back another day.

Tradies & Construction

Many site start times are 6AM–7AM. Get your annual CPR renewal done before the site opens — or on a day where you're on a late start.

Nurses & Healthcare

Healthcare registrations require annual CPR. The 7AM session means you're certified before your colleagues arrive for day shift.

Office Workers

Book the 7AM session, be in the office by 9:30AM with your CPR certificate already emailed. Your employer won't even know you were away.

Personal Trainers

PT annual CPR renewal required by Fitness Australia. The 7AM session fits perfectly before your first client of the day.

Busy Professionals

If your schedule is packed from 9AM onwards, the 7AM slot is the only slot that actually works without disrupting your entire day.

FAQ

Questions About the 7AM CPR Session

Everything specific to IRFA's early morning 7AM HLTAID009 CPR training.

IRFA is the only CPR training provider in Queensland offering a 7AM start. We built this session after years of feedback from shift workers, nurses and tradies who said the standard 9AM slots were incompatible with their schedules. The 7AM session means you're certified before most people have had their first coffee.
Your HLTAID009 Statement of Attainment is emailed to you digitally by approximately 9:30 AM on the same day — usually within 30 minutes of the session ending. You can forward it to your employer, upload it to a registration portal, or print it immediately.
Yes — the curriculum, the certificate, and the nationally accredited HLTAID009 qualification are identical between the 7AM and 9AM sessions. The only difference is the start time. Both are $55, both are delivered by a paramedic instructor, and both issue the same Statement of Attainment.
Absolutely — this is exactly the scenario the 7AM session was designed for. Many of our participants come directly from Sunshine Coast University Hospital and other healthcare facilities. The training is hands-on and physically engaging, which many night-shift finishers find keeps them alert. Just ensure you can commit to the full 2 hours and can safely perform CPR on the floor.
No experience required at all. Whether you are renewing an existing certificate or have never done CPR in your life, the 7AM session covers everything from scratch. Our paramedic instructors are used to teaching complete beginners alongside experienced healthcare workers in the same session.
Yes. We offer on-site corporate CPR training at your workplace — including early morning sessions to suit shift teams and construction sites. Call 1300 766 298 or email info@irfa.com.au for a group quote.
