We currently offer the three most in-demand CPR and first aid certifications:

• HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation: This is the core CPR unit, required by nearly every industry, including childcare, construction, health, and hospitality. It covers adult, child, and infant CPR techniques, how to use an AED (automated external defibrillator), and how to respond to choking or unresponsive individuals. Ideal for those who only need CPR and want a fast, focused course.
• HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid: This unit includes HLTAID009 CPR but expands into wound care, burns, fractures, asthma, anaphylaxis, and more. It’s suitable for broader first aid responsibilities in workplaces or community settings. It’s the go-to unit for workplace compliance across the Sunshine Coast.
• HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting: This course is designed for educators and childcare workers. It incorporates pediatric CPR, anaphylaxis training (e.g., EpiPen use), asthma protocols, and managing emergencies involving children. It aligns with ACECQA (Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority) requirements.

All our course units involve both theory (often completed online) and a practical skills assessment. Certificates are typically issued within 24–48 hours.

• Team-Based Emergency Communication: Practice calling Triple Zero (000), giving clear instructions, and working with others during simulated events.

• How long is my CPR certification valid?
  HLTAID009 CPR is valid for 12 months. HLTAID011 and HLTAID012 (First Aid and Childcare First Aid) are valid for 3 years. The Australian Resuscitation Council recommends annual refreshers for CPR.
• When will I receive my certificate?
  Digital certificates are typically emailed within 24–48 hours of successful course completion. If you need a printed version, you can request it during registration.
• What payment methods are accepted?
  We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), PayPal, direct bank transfer (for group bookings), and EFTPOS/cash onsite.
• Can I reschedule if I can’t attend?
  Yes. If you give at least 48 hours’ notice, we’ll reschedule your course at no extra cost. Cancellations within 24–48 hours may incur a small fee.
• Is CPR training suitable for people with disabilities?
  Absolutely. Our locations are wheelchair accessible, and we provide support for learners with diverse needs. Just let us know in advance so we can make adjustments.
• Do you offer CPR training for schools or workplaces?
  Yes. We deliver on-site group CPR training across the Sunshine Coast. Sessions can be tailored to industry requirements and include additional risk-specific scenarios.
