Course Format & Accreditation
Our blended delivery includes 3 hours of self-paced online theory—accessible on any device—and 4 hours of interactive practical workshops. Workshops are scheduled at Caloundra, Maroochydore, Nambour, or on-site at your business, with groups capped at 10 for optimal instruction.
Completion awards the nationally recognised HLTAID011 certificate, valid for three years. Optional refresher modules at 12 and 24 months ensure ongoing compliance and skill retention.
